We accept debit cards, credit cards and standing bank orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash payments or AMEX.

Members at our West Hampstead coworking space can host up to two guests in the lounge area between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Guests must be registered via the member app or with a team member. Each guest is entitled to a complimentary two-hour visit in the lounge area. If they stay longer, a hot desk day rate will apply to the host company.

Day pass users cannot have complimentary guests.

Yes. Private office members can use Apex as their registered business address, providing a professional address in West Hampstead. Coworking space members can opt for Registered address and mail receiving service at an extra cost.

Yes. All private office and coworking members benefit from secure 24/7 access, so you can work whenever it suits your business. Day Pass users can access the coworking space Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Our reception and community support team are available during these hours to assist with any queries.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of membership. If you have a Hot Desk Membership, we need 30-days notice to cancel your monthly membership. For Dedicated Offices, you’ll need to give us a heads-up 90 days before you wish to cancel. Day Passes can’t be cancelled or refunded once you’ve bought them for the day.
