If you know someone looking for a coworking space, private office, meeting room, virtual office or therapy room in West Hampstead, simply refer them to Apex. You’ll receive 5% of the total value of their contract, with referral rewards of up to £25,000.

How the Apex Referral Programme Works

Our team will contact your referral, answer any questions and help them find the right workspace solution.
Step 3: Receive Your Reward
If your referral becomes an eligible Apex member, you’ll receive 5% of the total value of their contract, with rewards of up to £25,000.

Apex Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions
The referrer will receive a reward equal to 5% of the contract value, up to a maximum payment of £25,000, for each successful referral that results in a signed office contract, coworking membership, or meeting room booking with Apex Coworking.
Referral payments will be made as follows:
- Office contracts and coworking memberships: once the referred client has completed 50% of their agreed contract term.
- Meeting room bookings: after the booking has taken place and funds cleared.
To qualify for the referral reward, the referred client must complete all required documentation and enter into a valid agreement with Apex Coworking.
Before any referral payment can be made, the referrer must provide all information required for self-billing purposes, including, where applicable, their National Insurance number, Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR), or VAT registration number.
The Refer a Friend Scheme is open to anyone introducing a new client to Apex Coworking.
A completed referral form must be submitted and approved by Apex Coworking before the referred client attends a viewing, makes a booking, or signs an agreement.
Referrals submitted after any of these events will not be eligible for a referral reward.
The referred client must be a new customer to Apex Coworking. They must not be an existing or previous customer, an associated company of an existing or previous customer, or have viewed an Apex Coworking workspace through a broker or third-party agent within the previous six months.
This promotion is valid until 31 December 2026. Apex Coworking reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Refer a Friend Scheme, or revise these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice..
